We’ve been trying to uninstall the Red Giant Universe trial for some time now. The uninstall option is greyed out, and if we click ‘install’ (hoping to find a bundled uninstaller) it just gets stuck on initializing… Any help is much appreciated!

The Red Giant Link app has an uninstall option on the Universe menu next to Your Tools. If that’s the one you’ve been trying I don’t know where else to look. Contact Red Giant support.
Yep, that’s the one we’ve been trying, it’s totally greyed out. We also downloaded the installer but there’s no uninstall option.
